Welcome to the ultimate worst day in London! With a little help from ChatGPT, I set off to do the most ridiculous stuff London has to offer. Hereβs how it all went down…
I only waited for around 3-4 minutes for my first ride from Fethiye toward Izmir. Also, no more than 3-4 cars got to pass by me as well. I got picked up by Matthias in his Red Pirate (a customized Volkswagen T3 from 1990). And the rest is history… A huge thanks to Matthias and the...

It’s never been easier to achieve geographical freedom. And missing the opportunity in a time where online/remote work is more acknowledged and accepted than ever before is a bitter thought for anyone dreaming about it. Especially since most people can earn a living online if they...
If you’re here chances are you’ve already fallen in love with traveling. It’s the feeling when nothing makes you more alive. And the thought of an adventure into the unknown causes you to feel immortal, motivated, and most importantly happier than anything else. Whether...
Having flown internationally hundreds of times, I’ve had my fair share of moments where I was convinced I was gonna miss my flight – and not even a Terminator on a Harley Davidson could save me. I mostly blame my chronic condition “Tempus optimist” (meaning...
One of the things that affect a trip the most is the company we have. Whether it’s with others or traveling solo. It’s a thing we often have to face and consider in one way or another before or during a trip. I’ve been traveling solo, with family, friends, and people...
For most travelers there comes a point when they’re thinking to themself, whether it’s possible to pack lighter or not. Maybe before the trip even starts when realizing the extra costs of flying. Or the merciless gravity after reaching the 5th floor in a random building far...

Hey, my friend!
Iβm glad youβre swinging by. I’m the guy behind Global Dane.
I was born in Denmark in 1991. My love for traveling started at an early age when I took my first virtual world trip playing the iconic Pink Panther: Passport to Peril game on my Windows 95.
Besides the occasional family trips as a kid where ice cream, french fries, and seawater were indulged in an equal amount. A bit later in life, I found my trustworthy source of happiness in exploring unknown lands, turning strangers into friends, and challenging my view of the world.
Everything I create is purely motivated by a passion for traveling (preferably on a lower-end budget).
Join me on my unfiltered travels on YouTube or here on the website.
And if you have something on your mind, donβt hesitate to send me a so-called electronic mail. Iβm always up for a chat.
Best wishes
